We will go up to 95% OF THE FUTURE APPRAISED VALUE, not the lower current value but what the home is worth after the renovation.
We can also lend on Investment/Rental Properties up to 75% of the future appraised value.
This loan allows you to do major renovations, add rooms and square footage, finish basements, do extensive landscaping or add a pool.
